How Dialed Works

Your design concierge will help you with every aspect of the decorating process from the initial concept design, to install, and delivery.  In just a few short weeks, we can create a space that reflects you and is ready to impress.


1. Help us Get to Know Your Style

Through a 30-40 minute walkthrough of your home, we’ll ask a few questions about your decorating preferences, personal style, and budget.  Have any favorite items in your home you want to show off?  Perfect!  We’ll discuss how we can incorporate them into your design plan.

2. Preview a Customized Design Plan

After we meet, we’ll send you a visual design plan to make sure we’re aligned with your style, budget, and timeframes. Our plan will clearly outline the direction we’re heading and how we plan to incorporate your favorite treasures into your new look.

3. Sit Back and Relax

Once you’ve given us the green light on the plan, we’ll handle the rest. You do you while we shop, order, and coordinate delivery to install.

4. Choose What You Want

We’ve installed and arranged and you finally get to see your new pad. Love the new chair, but not so crazy about the rug? No problem. We’ll do a final walk through to decide what you want to keep and what has to go. We will handle returning any items that you don’t want to keep.  Now, all that’s left for you to do is…impress and enjoy.

What it Costs

Q. How much do I have to spend?

You decide how much you want to spend on décor and furniture and we will work to create your vision within your budget. Wheather you are looking to dial in one room or your whole home, we will quote you a flat service fee to be determined by the size and scope of your project.

Q. Can I be, or do  I need to be, involved in design choices?

Only if you want to be.  After our consultation, you will review, modify, or approve our design plan.  You can be as involved as you would like to be in final selection and we’ll manage the rest.

Q. Do I have to buy everything you suggest/ install?

No. We will manage all of the ordering and installation. Once everything is in, you can choose to keep or return anything you would like. We will manage the return process for anything you do not wish to keep.

Q. What’s Included?

Our concierge fee includes planning, design, coordination, installation, and Final styling of décor and furniture. Remodel consultation & project management services are available and would be quoted separately.

Q. Are there any extra fees?

No. You decide how much you want to spend on your design. Our service fees will be a one-time flat rate for the scope of your project.
